The below programs are available for chapters to host for your membership and other public service colleagues.
Full Two Day LALE Program includes a 90 page Transition Guide/Workbook and pragmatic presentations to PREPARE for your Transition from corporate executives in business, Nationwide Insurance and a personal coach from American Military University to provide guidance and review your current resume.
LALE offers a variety of formats of the full program as a keynote as well as, 2 - 4 - 8 hour seminars.

Public to Private Career Transition Focus
Alan A. Malinchak, 163rd Session Counselor, CEO Éclat Transitions, LLC, FBI Retired
Presentations will focus on the issues law enforcement professionals face as they approach retirement eligibility and prepare to navigate a career transition into private market career opportunities. Discussions and exercises are related to retirement drivers, financial considerations, professional reinvention, emotional factors and the requisite transferable knowledge, skills and abilities required to venture into private industry. A pragmatic approach on the benefits of resumes, networking, interviewing and negotiating salary/benefits will provide and enable participants for the next steps in addressing their next career at the conclusion of the LALE program.
Career Coaching with American Military University (AMU)
Coaches from the AMU Department of Career Services will be prepared to meet one-on-one with attendees to review existing resumes, discuss potential career paths, work on elevator pitches and provide general guidance.
